About this product
The Makita HP2051F is a 720W percussion drill suited to drilling wood, metal and masonry, aimed at users wanting power combined with precise control. A variable speed trigger and two mechanical gears allow the speed to be matched to the material, with forward/reverse rotation and a torque limiter for added control. A keyless chuck and integrated LED work light make it straightforward to use in poor lighting.
Built with a cast aluminium gear housing and soft grip for comfort, the drill is double insulated and designed to reduce vibration during use. Maximum drilling diameters are 40mm in wood, 20mm in masonry and 13mm in steel, with a no-load speed of 0-1200/0-2900rpm and impact rate up to 58,000 per minute.
Supplied with a side handle, depth gauge/stop and a carry case.
