About this product
This is the body-only version of the Makita DBO180 18v cordless random orbital sander, supplied without battery, charger or case – suited to existing LXT users. It offers three selectable speed settings between 7000 and 11000 orbits per minute, with a 2.8mm orbit diameter and maximum output of 190w.
The compact palm-grip design has a shortened height and low centre of gravity for manoeuvrability, with an ergonomic soft-grip handle and electronic push-button speed control. A pad brake is fitted, and the 125mm hook-and-loop pad allows quick disc changes.
Dust is collected via the supplied dust bag or can be extracted through a connection to a vacuum, with the nozzle adjustable through various angles. The sander weighs 1.7kg.
